It seems that because of the help of some great folks over at http://www.xbmc4xbox.org/forum I am FINALLY able to move forward with 2 things. Thing 1: Project Forever [previously known as my secret project] [if you still don't know what it is, head on over to the forums and search for project forever :) Thing 2: Though not tonight, hopefully starting tomorrow I am going to add a new download link for Xbox and Win32 [DX] in the builds section. This link is pretty cool in that you will have an option to download only files that are different from the night before. So instead of having to download the full build each night you will be able to just download the changed files and then just overwriting your current install. What does this mean? well for example last night's Xbox zip file was about 61 megs where as the diff file is 4 megs :) I think you can already see the awesomeness of this lol. More to come in the comments. After 7 full runs @ 46 minutes each I finally have it all working. YES!

Builds are going to be a TAD late tonight. I am tweaking a new addition to the routine and it showed me some other problems I didn't know I had. So don't fret. I'm working on it.
